Facility & Infrastructure Upgrades
Our new travelling bus initiative will bring resources directly to underserved areas beginning March 2026. This retrofitted vehicle will offer free Wi-Fi, educational workshops, and essential services to neighborhoods with limited access to our main facilities.
Court Revitalization
Complete repainting and resurfacing of all basketball and tennis courts scheduled for April-June 2025. The project includes weather-resistant coating, improved drainage systems, and updated accessibility features to ensure everyone can enjoy our recreational spaces.
Sustainability Initiative
Installation of solar panels on the community center roof beginning January 2025. This project will reduce our carbon footprint by 40% and generate cost savings that will be reinvested into additional programming throughout the year.
Program Expansion & Fundraising Goals
Staff Expansion
Hiring three new full-time coaches specializing in youth development, senior fitness, and adaptive sports. Applications open February 2025, with positions starting in June.
Holiday Tournament Planning is underway for our first Gorilla Hoops Community Tournament in August 2025. The event will showcase local talent, celebrate project milestones, and raise funds for 2026 initiatives.
Learning Center
Opening a dedicated learning center with digital resources, tutoring spaces, and career development workshops. Construction begins July 2025 with completion targeted for November.
